The new residential district “Felicity” is situated in Davitashen, 200m away from Davitashen bridge, near Yerevan-Eghvard highway.The unusual position of the new complex in the picturesque and ecologically clean corner of Yerevan, near Hrazdan canyon, with a cozy and quick entrance to the historic centre makes the complex one of the most interesting offers in the Armenian real estate market.
